Jelena Dimitrijević was born in Belgrade, where she completed her secondary music education at the Dr Vojislav Vučković Music School in the class of Prof. Biljana Jakšić Nikolić. She continued her violin studies at the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade in the class of Prof. Jasna Maksimović, where she also obtained her master's degree. During her studies she successfully auditioned for the World Youth Orchestra and the Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra. Working alongside members of the Berlin and Vienna Philharmonics and under conductors Ivan Fischer, Yakov Kreizberg, Alexander Vedernikov, and Andrey Boreyko, she committed definitively to an orchestral career. Since 2005, she has been a permanent member of the Belgrade Philharmonic, performing under Zubin Mehta, Valery Gergiev, Michail Jurowski, Sir Neville Marriner, Charles Dutoit, Gabriel Feltz, Neeme Järvi, and others. She has collaborated with virtually all major ensembles in Serbia, and has guest-led as concertmaster the Banja Luka Philharmonic and the Niš Symphony Orchestra. She is a permanent member of the European Philharmonic, whose resident soloist is Martha Argerich, with whom she regularly performs throughout Europe. Since 2016, she has been a permanent member of Ensemble Metamorphosis, premiering contemporary Serbian and international music at festivals in Berlin, Hamburg, Augsburg, and Karlsruhe. Within the Žebeljan Ensemble, she promotes the works of Academician Isidora Žebeljan. From 2014 to 2016, she performed worldwide with the opera Macbeth in the No Borders Orchestra production, earning awards at festivals in Vienna, Lisbon, Paris, London, Rotterdam, Brisbane, Gwangju, Hamburg, Ljubljana, and Montpellier. She also served as mentor for the Filharmonija Academy of the Belgrade Philharmonic and within the European Youth Orchestra (ESYO).

Mirjana Nešković was born in 1983 in Belgrade. She graduated from the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade in 2005 in the class of Prof. Jasna Maksimović. Since 2001, she has been a member of the Belgrade Chamber Orchestra Dušan Skovran, collaborating with soloists including Nigel Kennedy, Stefan Milenković, and Ksenija Janković. In 2002, she became a member of the Belgrade Philharmonic, where she continues to work as associate concertmaster. Since 2019, she has been employed at the Faculty of Philology and Arts (FILUM) in Kragujevac, as an associate professor of chamber music. In 2022, she founded the string chamber orchestra of FILUM, of which she is concertmaster and artistic director, and became the first violin of the Riccordia string quartet. Together with Jelena Dimitrijević, she founded Ensemble Resonus, a violin duo dedicated to performing contemporary works by Serbian and regional composers. As a soloist, she has performed with the Belgrade Philharmonic, the Zagreb Philharmonic, the National Orchestra in Lyon, the Brussels Philharmonic, the Sofia Philharmonic, the Symphony Orchestra of Brittany, and others, under conductors including Zubin Mehta, Neeme Järvi, Gabriel Feltz, Michail Jurowski, and Hans Graf. She is a long-standing member of the Gradilište Ensemble for New Music, and has made permanent recordings for Universal Music, Mascom, Oboe Classics, and RTS.
